Year by year the site sparkling wines guarantee for something special coming from the estate PRINZ VON HESSEN. These are Riesling sparkling wines of the highest quality, made exclusively from our own base wines that are grown and expanded with great attention to their later designation. Site sparkling wines are a top product from of the estate PRINZ VON HESSEN. Each year a special wine with at least a Spätlese quality is selected from our cellar for this site sparkling wine. It matures via a "classical bottle fermentation" until it is disgorged.
